As anF&B Supervisor, you*ll lead the way in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our outlets, areas, or functions. With a hands-on approach, you*ll inspire and supervise your team, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation, while delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver top-notch service and high-quality food to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Oversee and maintain compliance with EKFC Service Standards, including hygiene and safety protocols.
Lead, train, and motivate your team to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment.
Identify and implement solutions to enhance operations and service delivery.
Uphold pricing, quality, and service standards across the outlet while adhering to cost-effective practices.
Champion health, safety, and quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
Education:
A bachelor*s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent (must have).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role within the food or catering industry.
Experience in a 4*'5-star hotel environment is essential.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, resolve customer concerns, and continuously elevate service standards.
Expertise in various food service styles and customer-centric approaches.
High-level organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster teamwork and positively manage conflicts.
