Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking dedicated and passionate Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests, creating memorable experiences in a vibrant, contemporary setting. Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
· Assist guests in menu selection, providing detailed information about food and beverage options.
· Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
· Ensure guests' needs are met promptly, including refills, special requests, and dietary requirements.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring the restaurant ambiance remains welcoming.
· Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management as needed.
· Ensure that all service standards and hygiene protocols are followed at all times.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications
· Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not essential.
· A strong passion for providing exceptional guest service and hospitality.
· Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail, ensuring every guest receives personalized service.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
· Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
· Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
