Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in VMware (ESXi 5.5/6/6.5/7), HA, DRS clusters, Cisco Hyperflex, and Dell VX-Rail.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 security suites, including ATP and Intune/MEM.
- Hands-on experience with Symantec Backup Exec, server backups, and database restoration.
- Valid certifications such as MCSA, VMware, ITIL, and Azure.
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in senior system administration, delivering reliable IT environments.
Junior IT System Engineer:
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Essentials, including ATP suites.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune/MDM/Endpoint Management.
- Skill in network administration, including LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, and MPLS.
- Valid certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or Azure.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in desktop support or system administration.
