What we’re looking for:
Experience: At least 3-5 years of UAE real estate experience.
Leadership Skills: Either in a leadership role or as a senior real estate agent for at least 3 years.
Market Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Communication: Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills.
Personality: Presentable, confident, and professional.
Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities to manage, mentor, and motivate a dynamic team.
