Service Delivery Manager & IT Operations Manager (Managed Services)

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Managed Services and leadership. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in leading large teams.
Mandatory Skills: ITIL, ITSM, Operations & Delivery Management, Infra support, NOC & SOC knowledge
Cost Management & profit & loss, risk management, Escalation Management, Project Governance,
A track record of successfully handling high-volume operations, managing 10k tickets monthly.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with ITIL, specifically in Incident Management and Change Management processes.
Expertise in Conflict Resolution to effectively manage team dynamics and resolve escalated issues.
Experience in a Healthcare setting is highly preferred.
