We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in the cleaning industry and a strong familiarity with the Dubai area. We are looking for someone who is quick to learn and available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and cold calling to qualify new sales leads.
- Meeting daily sales targets.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintaining a contact list and following up with customers to improve retention.
- Submitting daily reports on Sales & Customer Service activities.

We offer a competitive basic salary of AED 3,000, along with an attractive commission scheme, residency, and additional benefits in accordance with UAE laws.
