- Current or recent experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or very Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-Star Luxury hotel or resort in Europe
- A strong background in luxury hospitality environments
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proven expertise in team management, training, and coaching
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced luxury setting
