Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years in Service Desk/Helpdesk Support
-Experience with a recognized ITSM tool (Remedy, ManageEngine, ServiceDesk, Ivanti, etc)
-Basic understanding of networks, MS Office Products, Microsoft Windows
-Must be able to join immediately
