The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems. Candidates who can join within one week will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Desktop Support: Provide technical assistance for desktop computers, including hardware and software issues.
- Security and Network Services: Assist in managing network security, firewalls, and user access.
- Device Management: Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and other devices.
- AMC Support Coordination: Coordinate with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers for timely support and issue resolution.
Multimedia Support: Set up and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
- Office Equipment Support: Maintain and support other office equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
