Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales Manager roles
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience
Utilize various channels to attract and engage top talent
Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a high standard of candidate experience

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
1-2 years of experience in the real estate sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications.
