Job Summary:
Join our dynamic real estate team! Provide top-notch administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates will have real estate experience, strong organizational skills, and a focus on managing property listings.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Be the friendly first point of contact, manage supplies, and handle correspondence.
Documentation: Keep records, organize files, and assist in preparing contracts.
Contract Management: Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Coordination: Schedule meetings, property viewings, and assist with events.
Client Support: Communicate with clients and support agents with inquiries and presentations.
Property Management: Handle property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all platforms.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the UAE's real estate industry required.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Russian; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate software is a plus.
