We are looking for a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a B2B tech company, based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of financial leadership experience with a focus on corporate structuring, financial strategy, and legal compliance. The CFO will play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing the company’s financial structure to support global expansion.

Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred.
-Experience: 10+ years of financial leadership, including experience in corporate structuring, ideally within the tech sector.
-Legal Knowledge: Understanding of corporate law, contract law, and compliance, with specific experience in corporate structuring and tax planning.

Skills:
-Expertise in corporate structuring for global tech operations.
-Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and growth strategy.
-Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Additional Skills:
-Proven experience with mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises.
-Familiarity with industry regulations, intellectual property, and licensing.
-Knowledge of tax-efficient structures and international corporate governance.
