Position: Business Development Executive – Facilities Management
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 + Commission
Industry: Facilities Management

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
3-4 years of business development experience in Soft Facilities services within the Facilities Management sector in UAE
Extensive exposure to Facilities Management practices & solutions
Proven track record in bringing new business, managing existing accounts, contracts, renewals, tenders, pricing, and commercial documentation
Hands-on experience and knowledge of soft services such as Facade Cleaning, Pest Control, Water Tank Cleaning, Swimming Pool Cleaning, Building Cleaning, Housekeeping services, deep cleaning services, etc.
Experience in contract management, asset management, planning, and engineering cost & performance management
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Valid UAE driving license
