Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documents.
Coordinate meetings and conferences effectively.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is a must.
