- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the architectural or construction industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
