Sr. Fulfillment Supervisor - Dubai: Manage Dubai stores, lead Area Supervisors, Team Leaders and Pickers

Operations Area Supervisor: Manage 5-8 stores and Team Leaders and Pickers

Operations Team Leaders: Leader small set of 2-3 stores and Pickers
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick & Pack Operations: Take charge of pick & pack operations in assigned stores, ensuring seamless and efficient order fulfillment.
- Directly lead pickers, motivating and managing their performance and KPIs.
- Optimize and enhance the performance and efficiency of pickers.
- Ensure strict adherence to processes and SOPs.
 
Qualifications:
- Experience in Grocery eCommerce operations.
- Able to lead and manage a large number of pickers in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in enhancing picker's performance and efficiency.
