Job description: Manager is responsible for supporting in all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include planning,directing and coordinating with the clients. Working closely with team members however will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and will play a key role in clients’ management and practice development.
Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:
• Oversee and manage execution of clients’ engagements.
• Contributing directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.
• Gathering data pertinent to the engagement through clients’ interactions, including face-to-face meetings, and clients’ visits.
• Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities across various industries using IVS / globally accepted relevant approaches and theories.
• Supervising a team of analysts to ensure the accuracy and quality of the timely deliverables.
• Managing administrative responsibilities towards the engagement such as engagement letters, reporting, invoicing and collections of fees.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial approaches including: Discounted Cash Flow, comparable, stock option, and intangible asset models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Passion for financial markets and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of working with databases including Capital IQ, Venture Intelligence etc. is recommended.
• Highly proficient in spreadsheets, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.
