- Experience with Operating Systems - How to install, configure
- Knowledge of ITIL is a must
- Basic Application - How to tackle issues in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word?
- Experience in resolving issues related to Email/Teams/Outlook/Zoom
- Knowledge of Problem vs Service Request
- Knowledge of Incidents and Problems
- Experience related to Network/Hacking
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Knowledge of O365 Setup and Support
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- BSc/BE/BTech/3 Years Diploma in Computer Science/IT or relevant field
- A UAE driving License is an added advantage.

Salary - AED 3000- 3500
