Key Responsibilities:
Manage customers' delivery of goods, queries, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation for shipping processes.
Utilize Dubai Trade, especially Mirsal II, for efficient operations.
Handle logistics operations using ERP systems.
Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:
2 years or more experience in a logistics/shipping company.
Proficiency in Dubai Trade, especially Mirsal II.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Experience with ERP systems.
Must be currently located in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Salary: AED 5500 or higher, depending on experience.
