Position: Executive - Customer Care Department
Location: Dubai (Business Bay)
Job Description:
Handling all types of transactions of the company after sale lands
Obtaining management approvals for customer's request.
Technical requests for lands modifications
Coordinating with Legal for contracts and agreements.
Coordinating with other business units.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
Ability to Use Positive Language
Must have experience in Real estate industry

Salary: 6000AED
