Experience : 5+ years

1) Must be experienced in Bluecollar / Whitecollar Recruitment.
 
2) Must have knowledge on talent mapping, sourcing employees from Job portals like Bayt, Naukrigulf , Linkedin.
 
3) Must have experience in closing NICHE skills job positions
 
4) Must be solution oriented. Have various strategies in place to select A players.
 
5) Can present unique recruitment strategies to hunt best employees
 
6) Must know how to negotiate and close offers with candidates
 
7) Must have a database of previously shortlisted candidates
 
8) Must have closed white collar positions in Construction
 
9) For blue collar positions must have done recruitment drives OVERSEAS.
