Key Responsibilities:
Training agents on weekly basis
Developing sales skills for agents
Motivating Agents on a daily basis
Business Development with Developers
Arranging Team Briefings with all developers on regular basis
Be responsible for maintaining sales & increasing sales
KPI's For All Agents
Cooperate with HR and Increase Team Strength

Requirements and skills:
Professional Degree in Business
Experience in Trainings
Commanding and bold
Should have Complete knowledge of Real Estate
Hands-on experience on dealing with complex situations
Strong knowledge of the business
Expert problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly

Dynasty will accommodate the hired individual with a comfortable and supportive hiring incentive where:
