The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the human resources department, providing strategic and day-to-day support and guidance to management and employees.
Qualifications
-Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
-Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning
Knowledge of performance management and employee relations.
-Understanding of compensation and benefit programs including payroll administration
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work
collaboratively.
