Job description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Officer / Generalist. The officer will be responsible for a wide range of HR duties, including but not limited to managing HR Proceeded, overseeing employee relations, developing job descriptions, onboarding and off boarding, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Qualifications
Strong experience in HR policies and Human Resources (HR) management
Experience in developing job descriptions and overseeing employee relations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Experience working in the UAE and knowledge of local HR laws and regulations
Degree or qualification in HR management or related field
Excellent people skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
