We are currently hiring an HR Officer for one of our clients a Stock Trading company based in UAE.                                          .
 
Job Location: JLT, Dubai
 
Working days: Monday – Saturday (Alt Saturday’s Off)
Work Timings: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
 
Industry Preference: Finance / Consulting Service Sector.
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Proven experience working in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Officer or similar position.
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Support the performance management process by assisting in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance feedback and improvement strategies.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and timekeeping systems.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of changes in HR policies and legislation and implement necessary updates.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
