Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelors or Masters in business, management, Human Resource or other related discipline.
2. 1+ years' experience in HR Operations with at least 2 years' experience in a Generalist role.
3. Min. 1-2 years' experience in HR Ops and onboarding.
4. Prior work experience in the Healthcare sector is preferred.
5. Understanding of UAE Visa and Onboarding regulations is preferred
6. Should be technically sound.
7. Good communication and Advanced Excel skill is required.
