Description:
• Handle daily tasks such as opening, closing, inventory, and maintaining cafe cleanliness.
• Lead and train cafe staff to provide excellent customer service, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Check customer feedback, address complaints promptly, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Oversee cash handling and sales, create budgets, and develop ideas to attract more customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations and maintain an appealing appearance for the cafe.
Qualification
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in the F&B industry, preferably within a cafe setting in the UAE
Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications, plus centralized tips and service charge.
