Qualification: Masters degree in human resource management.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a preference for candidates with experience in the FM or construction industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to attract talent and maintain the quality of hires in line with business requirements in line with agreed SLAS.
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, etc.
Develop good working relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms while managing the recruitment lifecycle.
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
Coordinate with the government relations team for visa processing.
- Actively participate in the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives.
Be responsible for handling end-to-end insurance- related activities, including renewals, additions, deletions, liaising with insurance brokers, supporting invoice processing, insurance claims, etc., within stipulated dates.
Support HRMS system enhancements and process automation.
Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
Promote employee welfare and support employee health and well-being.
