Develop HR policies and procedures and ensure their proper implementation. Manage and resolve general and personal employee issues and provide necessary support. Handle employee contracts and legal documents. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Coordinate with senior management to identify and plan for employee needs. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Strong knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations in Saudi Arabia. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with employees and management. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in computer usage and HR management software.
