My client is seeking a Lead/ Associate Project Manager for a flag ship commercial project in Dubai.

Minimum criteria:
- Suitable degree and chartered e.g. MRICS
- 12-15 min years experience
- Delivery of commercial / mixed use schemes
- Must have worked client side or consultancy
- Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to manage complex situations and relationships with stakeholders, client team and consultants
- NOTE: candidates from the UK wanting to relocate to UAE would be considered.
