Project Manager
B.Tech / BE Engineering degree holders below 50 years age only.
Minimum 5 years experience in same capacity for high rise building projects.
Knowledge of DM/DD/Trakees/Nakheel/JAFZA/DSO Authority rules and regulations.
Analyze, evaluate and manage project requirements, costs, and timelines with a high level of professionalism.
Oversee and enforce strict compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Exhibit outstanding project management abilities, including meticulous planning, precise scheduling, and effective cost control.
Shall communicate with all stakeholders, Client, Consultant, subcontractors and attending meetings.
