Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years UAE experience.
Technically, commercially and contractually sound in the construction of all types of buildings in RCC and Steel.
Expert in pre-tender quantity take-off.
Expert in pre-tender project cost estimation.
Expert in contract administration.
Familiar with forms of contracts and standard methods of measurements.
Familiar with the preparation of contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Aware of project feasibility studies and tender queries.
Send inquiries to subcontractors/vendors/suppliers for quotations in pre-contract.
Assist in all activities related to project bid submissions.
Attend clarification meetings with clients/consultants.
Knowledge in value engineering assessments and price analysis.
Familiar with the preparation of variations, claims, cash flow, interim bills, and final bills.
Excellent knowledge of computer software related to quantity take-off and estimation.
