Relationship Manager / Property Consultant in the Real Estate Market in Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain relationships with a wide network of real estate brokers, agents, and clients in the UAE.
2. Promote to the clients the Company products and special offers and prepare all the necessary documents for clients on the deal closing.
3. Enhance our Agency's Property Portfolio. Attract brokers to collaborate with our company for the fast commission payout service.
4. Utilize your network and outreach strategies to bring in new brokers for long-term collaboration.
5. Support brokers and agents throughout the commission payout process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
6. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, distinguishing new sales leads, developing marketing strategies, and delivering outstanding quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Property Consultant/ Sales Manager/ Relationship Manager in the UAE.
- Extensive network of brokers in the UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Goal-driven and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes, industry trends, and legal regulations.
- Ready to join immediately
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary of AED.12,000 + company commission.
- Potential for growth and additional benefits based on performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Based.
