As an Office Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact

Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and office supply management

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain a tidy and organized office environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Assistant or Customer Service Representative

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
