Job Opportunity: Collection Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Debt Recovery: Pursue outstanding debts from customers and clients.

Communication: Contact debtors to discuss repayment plans and resolve payment issues.

Negotiation: Negotiate and agree on suitable payment arrangements.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and customer interactions.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on collection activities and progress.

compliance: Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or finance.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
