Job Opportunity: Call Center Agent
Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Agent in Dubai and contribute to delivering excellent customer service!
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information.
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of products/services to assist customers effectively.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and details for future reference.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 4000 Dhs.
