A leading international Architectural & Engineering Consultancy firm is seeking qualified creative professionals to join the corporate design team for the following vacancy:

LEAD CONCEPT ARCHITECT
Experience: 12-15 years relevant experience with reputed Architectural Design & consultancy firms

Qualification: Bachelor/Master of Architecture

Other Skills & Experience
Conceptualization of environmentally sustainable architectural design for various buildings & project development typologies.
Expert in efficient and function appropriate space planning. fully aware of related code compliances and regulations.
Preparing and developing innovative design concepts and leading the concept design phase.
Preparing & presenting conceived concept design reports to clients and stakeholders.
Competent in usage of all prevalent software to develop architectural concepts including parametric design & working on the BIM platform.

CONTRACTS ENGINEER

Experience: 10 - 15 years relevant experience with reputed Architectural & Engineering Design consultancy & Project Management firms.

Qualification: Bachelor/Master of Engineering (Preferred Civil Engineering) & additional qualifications in Contract Administration.

Other Skills & Experience
Experience in preparing, reviewing & administering Architectural/Engineering related Consultancy contracts, sub- contracts and aware of various professional service agreements & conditions of contracts.
Hands on experience in Request for Proposal (RFP)/invitation to Tender (ITT)/Prequalification (PQ) Tenders/Expression of Interest (Eol), Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality, Work Orders, LPOS, Tender Clarifications, and other correspondences.
