We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CCTV Operator. The CCTV Operator will play a crucial role in monitoring and ensuring the security of the supermarket premises through the use of surveillance cameras.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live and recorded footage from CCTV cameras.

Identify and report any suspicious activities or security concerns.

Collaborate with security and management teams to address security issues.

Operate and maintain CCTV equipment and systems.

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of CCTV data and recordings.

Respond to alarms and emergencies by alerting appropriate personnel. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of surveillance information.

Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations if necessary.

Provide regular reports on security incidents and camera system status.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role.

Knowledge of CCTV operations and surveillance equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic supermarket environment.

Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with legal regulations and guidelines for CCTV operation.

High school diploma or equivalent
