Job Description:
We are seeking a HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Steady Lift Land Equipment Rental. Handling employee relations matters and addressing workplace issues. Ensuring a positive working environment and resolving conflicts. Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.


Responsibilities:
Overseeing the HR department and its functions.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements: Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in Dubai

Qualifications: MBA

Note: Arabic Speaking will be preferred, Candidate must be available in Dubai and have good Command on Arabic Language.
