Contract Duration : 1 year (Renewable)

Education : Bachelor's degree

Experience required : 8- 10 years of Recruitment experience in the UAE .

Job Summary :
Expert with proven track record in Headhunting, Sourcing, Selection, Hiring with special focus on Engineering, IT, Innovation roles across various industries within UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborated with senior management to develop long-term #workforce plans and define recruitment process.
Work closely with CEO, and CHRO in identifying critical roles as part of the organizations transformational strategy and headhunt top talents across the banking & financial industry within the middle east
Increase Emiratization percentage across the organization, both in business as well as support functional units.
