A vibrant coffee shop in Dubai is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista cum Cashier. Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Cash Handling: Process cash and card transactions accurately at the cashier counter.

Order Taking: Take customer orders and ensure accurate delivery of food and beverages.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee preparation and dining areas.

Upselling: Recommend additional items and upsell products to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barista and Cashier.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Positive attitude and a team player.

Barista or food safety certification is a plus.
