Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Configuration: Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on basic IT procedures.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
