Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and specials.

Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen.

Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Process payments and provide receipts to customers.

Set and reset dining areas for the next service.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is beneficial but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused with a positive and friendly demeanor.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.

Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials.

Adaptability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Salary: 3000 Dhs.
