The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting data from various sources into our systems and maintaining accurate records. The Data Entry Specialist will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data into the company database from various sources.

Verify the accuracy of data and make any necessary corrections.

Maintain data integrity and security at all times.

Generate reports as needed and assist with data analysis.

Collaborate with team members to ensure all data entry tasks are completed on time.

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

Proficient in using data entry software and tools.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
