As a telesales representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone and persuading them to purchase the company\'s products or services. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.

Explain and promote the company\'s products or services to prospects.

Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company\'s CRM system.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Results-driven and self-motivated.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
