Responsibilities:

Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Information Resource: Provide information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel documentation.

Communication: Maintain clear and helpful communication with passengers, airline staff, and airport authorities.

Problem Resolution: Address passenger concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive travel experience.

Ticketing: Handle ticketing and reservation-related inquiries and assist with bookings.

Part-Time Schedule: Work part-time hours as required, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide top-notch customer service.

Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in handling passenger requests and documentation.

Flexibility: Willingness to work part-time hours and adapt to varying shifts.

Prior experience: Previous customer service experience, especially in the airline industry, is an advantage.

Salary: 3500 Dhs.
