Business Development / Marketing Manager

B.Sc/B.Tech Degree / Diploma qualified candidates who well fit the following job description.

To drive business growth within the company. Identity potential clients from MEP Construction and Fitout field, establish and maintain relationship with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Research market opportunities and present analysis to the management.

Monitor the market / construction field for job awarding, establish contacts and apply required strategies to win the tenders and sign contracts.

Applicants should have an overall 15 years of working experience and out of which 10 years in the construction industry within the State of Qatar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High Level proficiency in the native language. Strong Organizational and Planning Skills and Outgoing Personality.

Planning Engineer (MEP)

B.Sc/B.Tech Degree qualified MEP Planning Engineer with over 5 years experience is required.

Prepare detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, including resources and cost loading in Primavera P6. Identify the project deliverables and milestones and create a work breakdown structure for the project (s). Visit sites, verify progress data and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports, S-Curves, Histograms and Risk Registers. Perform Delay Analysis, Prepare EOT claims and identify irregularities and discrepancies relating to time.
