Rovide excellent customer service to guests/ visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Greet and direct guests to their assigned seats /venue/conference room courteously and professionally.
Assist guests with finding amenities such as restrooms, concessions, F and B area, VIP lounge, First Aid room, Prayers rooms, and exits.
Provide information about the event, including start times, intermissions, and any special instructions.
Assist with crowd control and manage lines to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
Salary: 2 500 Dhs.
