Use EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) as per company policy and as per line manager’s instructions.

Update identified documents as per the document control policy, and control impacts of changes

Track project progress, prepare and present progress reports

Follow-up with team members for action items to be closed down.

Coordination with team members to ensure correctness of the records, and to ensure documents status is closed.

Successful closeout and handover of documentation as required by line manager

Other duties as requested from time to time.
