Requirements:

Proficiency in telephone and customer service etiquette.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive and friendly demeanor.
Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and office software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional appearance and conduct.
